Clint recently corrected what on the surface was a simple fault which turned out to be a bit more complicated !! He was very thorough and professional. Persevered to find the fault and correct it. Clint always explains what he proposes to do and why. Highly, highly recommended 👍😊

It was a pleasure working with youPosted on Google Vicci Hickson-DownesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Clint has done quite a few electrical jobs for us now and he's been excellent! I have found his advice really helpful, when we were wanting to implement additional security measures to our home, which he also installed. Clint is always, polite, friendly, tidy and I found him to be trustworthy, and definitely someone whom I recommend to friends and family. Clint's apprentice Jake joined him on the most recent work we've had done, and he was very friendly and did a good job.Posted on Google Faye HatcherTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Clint and his colleague are skilled and extremely professional. We had an EV car charger installed at the bottom of our garden, and it was all day within a day. Our house and garden were left in perfect condition. They did a fantastic job. Thank you so much. Great work and would highly recommend.

Hi Faye , Really happy to hear you were both pleased with the service . Thank you for the kind words .Posted on Google Bisley PC Parish CouncilTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Clint and his team did an excellent job installing a fire alarm system, with smoke and heat detectors, at one of our sports pavilions. The work was of very good quality, communication was good, the price was very competitive and Clint kept me informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend EL Case and we would use them again.

Understanding EICR results
Following your inspection, you’ll receive a detailed report outlining the condition and safety of the installation, including any issues identified.
Immediate danger exists. Urgent action is required to make the instalation safe.
Potential danger exists. Remedial action should be taken as a priority.
Recommendations to improve safety and reliability
Further investigation required to determine the nature and extent of the concern identified.
An EICR containing a C1, C2, or FI classifications will normally be assessed as unsatisfactory.
What happens during an EICR?
Initial Assessment
We review the installation and agree the extent of the inspection.
Inspection & Testing
We inspect and test the installation using professional equipment.
Clear Report
You receive a clear EICR explaining the results and any observations.
Remedial Quote
If work is required, we can provide a clear, separate quotation.
The cost depends on the size and type of property, the number of electrical circuits and the complexity of the installation. Contact ElCase Electrical with your property details for a clear quotation.
The time required depends on the property size, number of circuits and condition of the electrical installation. A thorough EICR includes both visual inspection and electrical testing, so enough time must be allowed to complete it properly.
Landlords in England must generally arrange an electrical inspection at least every five years, or sooner if specified in the previous report. New tenants must receive a copy before moving in, while existing tenants should receive it within 28 days of the inspection.
There is no legal requirement but an inspection is recommended for older properties, before major electrical work or whenever there are concerns about the condition of the electrics.
An EICR can identify electrical issues that may not be covered by a standard property survey, including deteriorated wiring, inadequate RCD protection and unsafe alterations. This can help you understand the installation’s condition and any potential repair costs before purchasing.
The report will explain which observations caused the unsatisfactory result and classify them as C1, C2 or FI. ElCase Electrical can explain the findings clearly and provide a separate quotation for any remedial work or further investigation required.
